House Showings in Nevada and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

April 10, 2020 by Megan LoPresti

At the beginning of April, Governor Sisolak released several directives and declarations in regard to the Covid-19 (Corona Virus). Here are the rules for showing houses during this time:

  1.  Open houses and showing of homes occupied by renters are prohibited. Even if a tenant gives permission to a seller and/or owner to allow showings, it is still prohibited.
  2. Homes occupied by a seller can be shown if the owner gives permission and social distancing guidelines are followed.
  3. It is highly encouraged to use technology to virtually view homes.
