Voted as the top Real Estate Agent in Carson City for years in a row by the community, Megan LoPresti has journeyed the real estate sales industry for almost 20 years. Megan grew up on a farm near Spearville, Kansas, where she learned about hard work and the importance of relationships. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University. And  Megan now calls Carson City home, as she has lived in the area for almost 15 years.

Along with broker’s licenses in Nevada and California, Megan engages in residential sales, land, estate sales, property management, commercial and auction. She holds additional licences and permits as a property manager, business broker and auctioneer.

Megan’s passion influenced her active involvement with the Nevada and National Association of Realtors. She also is also the former owner of Bradway Properties (sold in 2017), Carson City Property Management (sold in 2019) and was the past president of the Western State Auction Association. Megan now calls RCM Realty Group her real estate family and home. Megan is consistently a top sales producer in the Carson City area and is proud to say that over 90% of her real estate business comes from referrals and repeat business from her loyal clients.

After she dedicates long hours to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and business partner, Vince, and their three children, Joey  (21), Taylor (18) and Parker (9). Together, they are members of the Carson City Host Lions Club, they are advocates for the MS Society and Autism Awareness, and they volunteer as auctioneers for organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Nevada, The Lions Club, The Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors and the Western Nevada College Foundation.
