On May 29th, Governor Sisolak announced Phase 2 of reopening Nevada. Gatherings numbers can increase to 50. Gyms and salons can open under strict sanitizing guidelines, and restaurants and bars can open with limited capacity.  Water parks and aquatic facilities can open with 50 percent capacity and youth sports and facilities are expected to be allowed with certain restrictions. adult entertainment, night clubs and live sporting events are to remain closed.

Under Phase 2, allowed real estate activities remain the same. If health directives are followed,  showings are allowed on vacant homes and owner occupied homes, but buyers and sellers are still unable to view tenant occupied homes. However, with tenant permission agents are allowed to enter a home to take photos and video for marketing, and with adequate notices licensed inspectors and appraisers may enter a tenant occupied home in order to perform activities to facilitate a sales transaction.  see my April 10th blog post for more information about how to handle real estate showings in the Carson City and Reno area during this time.
